Online Cremation Packages

Services and products part of the Online Cremation Packages will not shipped. These services and products will be available at our funeral home: 24501 Five Mile Road Redford Township, MI 48239 at the scheduled date and time. Merchandise, death certificates and other items will be picked up at the time of service or at a discussed time unless a shipping service was purchases.

Shipment of Remains

Fisher Funeral Home and Cremation Services offers the service to ship cremated remains. The United States Postal Service® (USPS) is the only legal method of shipping cremated remains. Cremated Remains may only be shipped using Priority Mail Express®. We package the remains up to the USPS required standards. The remains will be shipped after rendered services and appropriate forms signed.

Most in-stock orders are processed, packed and ready for shipping within 1-2 business days after receiving the order.

Shipping Method/Delivery Times:
Every effort is made to keep shipping costs to our customers as low as possible, which is why USPS Priority Mail is our chosen provider. Most merchandise is delivered within 2-3 business days after processing the order. These are approximate timelines since USPS does not guarantee shipment times.

Heavier items or large boxes may ship through UPS, FedEx, or Parcel Select. Once the order is processed, shipping times with UPS, FedEx, and USPS Parcel Select are generally between 3-7 business days, depending on the location.

We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the products by any carrier. Delivery dates (if any) specified by us for delivery of products are intended to be an estimate only and time for delivery is not guaranteed. If no dates are specified, we will endeavor to deliver as soon as we can conveniently do so. We reserve the right to contact you and agree on alternate delivery timelines, if the delivery address is remote.

If you need to rush an order, please contact us and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday will be processed the next business day.

Personalized and custom orders may take up to 3 weeks before shipping.
Please double check all shipping addresses. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect/insufficient shipping address, buyer will be refunded the cost of the product, less shipping charges. If the buyer wishes to reship the item, additional shipping charges will apply.

Shipping Costs:
Fisher Funeral Home & Cremation Services calculates your shipping charges based on the total weight of your package.

Shipping Order to a Different Address:
If you would like to place an order and ship it to an address that is different than the billing address, please enter that address in the Shipping Information section during check out. No billing information will be included with the item.

Flowers

All orders will be assessed a single $16.99 Delivery Charge.

Delivery is available Monday to Saturday. Sunday delivery is not available. Normal delivery hours for preferred florists are between 9:00AM and 7:00PM.

For same day delivery – orders must be placed before 1:00 PM in the recipient’s time zone. During peak holiday periods (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, Easter etc.) same day delivery cutoff time may be earlier. Requests for delivery at specific times of the day may be placed, but cannot be guaranteed.

Flowers are delivered by local florists in all 50 States and Canada.

When you send flowers through our website, you are using an affiliate link through Florist One. Your flowers will be arranged and delivered by an elite local florist. Florist One handles every aspect of Customer Service. When sales are made, the customer gets an Order Confirmation Email that has methods of contacting Florist One by phone, email or text. Customers reach out directly to them when there is a need and they take care of all aspects of Customer Service on your flower sales.
