Our Services

Fisher Funeral Home and Cremation Services primary business is cremation packages and funeral packages that include services for cremation and funeral. We offer these services both within our funeral office and online. The online cremation option allows user to choose their package based on their county and add on additional services. This process includes payment processing, ecommerce services, and legal documents by an e-signature. In connection with the provision of these services, Fisher collects and stores personal information regarding individuals who visit and utilize certain functions or features of our websites (“End Users”). This Privacy Notice applies to Fisher’s collection and use of Client and End User personal information.

Fisher Funeral Home and Cremation Services also maintains an online presence, including an ecommerce store offering certain funeral paraphernalia, urns, keepsakes, and related products, in connection with which personal information may be collected from Fisher. We also offer the option to purchase flowers through an affiliate store. This Privacy Notice also applies to Fisher’s collection and other individuals who interact directly with Fisher.

Please note that each document signatory is given a unique signer ID which becomes a part of the URL they are using to sign a document. This is sent to the e-mail address that the administrator specifies when creating the document to be signed and acts as a password without forcing the signer to enter one. We currently do not participate in any do-not-track programs, for this reason by using our Service you agree that we may identify you as a unique user.

Send Flowers
When you send flowers through our website, you are using an affiliate link through Florist One. Your flowers will be arranged and delivered by an elite local florist. Florist One handles every aspect of Customer Service. They use a credit card processing company to bill customers and independent florists to fulfill orders. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
They share your billing information with their credit card processing company so they can charge you for your order. They share the recipient information including address and phone number with the local florist so they can deliver your order. When sales are made, the customer gets an Order Confirmation Email that has methods of contacting Florist One by phone, email or text. Customers reach out directly to them when there is a need and they take care of all aspects of Customer Service on your flower sales. Obituaries
