Thomas was born on July 23, 1970, in Detroit, Michigan to Eugene and Willie Jane Carter. He was the second son of two sons.

Thomas was baptized as A Baptist at an early age. He attended school in Detroit. He recently enrolled in Ferndale adult continuing education to complete his High School Diploma. since age 16, he has worked a variety of jobs and most recently has been working at the West 7-mile Congregational Church in Detroit. Where ultimately with the help of this church he grew spiritually and as a man.

He had aspirations to receive his high diploma, get a job in the technology field, he loved tech things. He also talked of possibly going into the Ministry. Buy the house he was living in and concentrate on making a better life for himself and his family. His family and friends meant everything to him.

Thomas married, has four children, Thomas loved family, friends, sports, fishing, reading the bible, going to church, working on cars and computers.

Thomas's life was taken on January 24, 2019.

Thomas leaves his Mother Willie Jane (Romal) Griggs, Brother Eugene (Wanda) Carter,. Four children to cherish his memory: Temprance Niccole Howard of Indiana, Stefanie Crowell of New Haven, Michigan, Delvin Brazier of Detroit, Michigan, Cameron Carter of Detroit, Michigan. Also a niece Brittany Carter and two nephews Eugene Carter Jr. and Brandon Carter. He leaves six grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
