Sage Cho, age 89, of Farmington Hills, MI, passed away peacefully on November 28, 2025 in his home. He was born in Damyang, South Korea on November 25, 1936 and immigrated to the United States in 1978 and gained his citizenship in 1986.

Sage is survived by his wife Jong Rye, daughters Eunjoo Hopkins and Soon Cho, and stepdaughter Stephanie Jeon (Young Hee). He is also survived by his son Michael (Jeong Hwan) from a prior marriage. Additionally, he is survived by his sisters Shirley Cho (Hyungja) of Colorado and Kyong Seok of South Korea.

In life Sage was an entrepreneur and avid gardener. He also enjoyed fishing, going to the beach, and watching movies.

No memorial service will be held per the wishes of the deceased.
