Beloved Husband and Father, Robert L. Miklues of Dearborn Heights, Michigan, passed away at the age of 88 on the evening of the 15th of November 2023 in Dearborn, Michigan.

He leaves behind his loving wife of 53 years, Deborah Davis-Miklues, his two adopted sons Jonathan and Christopher, and his rescued cat “Bondo”.

Robert “Bob Lee” Miklues was a hard-working, self-made man of many interests and talents. He was a successful author of eight books, a well known drummer throughout the Detroit metropolitan Blues music scene-and was an avid collector of vintage gas pumps, neon and porcelain signs, and classic cars.

Bob lived an unquestioningly free life, and his soul beat to the sound of a different drum. His memory will continue to resonate in the hearts of friends and family members, and he will be missed by those blessed to have known him.
