Obituary For Randall Kyle Maggard

Randall Kyle Maggard (Randy), 70 years old, of Redford, Michigan, passed away on July 24th, 2024. Randy was born in Hazard, Kentucky, where he learned to work on cars and developed his lifelong passion for NASCAR racing. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, and in his later years, bowling. After high school, Randy moved to Michigan where he started a family with his former wife, Sharon Rouhan. He spent the last several years with his partner, Anna Castiglione, and their pups Toni and Mabelle.

Randy is preceded in death by his parents Elijah Maggard (Alice) and Barbara Gardner. He is survived by his partner, Anna Castiglione. In addition, Randy is survived by his former wife, Sharon Rouhan, and their children Bryan (Alexus) Rouhan of Livonia, Michigan, Brandon (Jennifer) Maggard of Superior Township, and Sheena (Cameron) Penrice of Livonia, Michigan; five grandchildren: Collin Maggard, Caden Maggard, Faith Rouhan, Jackson Penrice, Morrigan Penrice and a soon-to-be Baby Penrice. In addition, Randy leaves behind 4 brothers, Glenn (Anna) Maggard of Sumter, South Carolina, Robert (Barbara) Maggard of Laurens South Carolina, Douglas (Leanne) Maggard of Laurens, South Carolina, and Matthew Maggard of Burkburnett, Texas, and 2 sisters Phyllis (Terry) Maggard Allee of Rome, Georgia, and Carol (Mitchell) Gardner Young of Lexington, Kentucky. Randy was also very close to his cousins Tim (Norma) Sexton of Paris, Kentucky, Steve (Debbie) Nantz of Indianapolis, Indiana, Shandra (Mike) Nantz Fish of Garden City, Michigan, and Belinda (Larry) Burton Sizemore of London, Kentucky, as well as his nephew Joshua (Stefanie) Gardner of Phoenix, Arizona.

A celebration of life will be held for Randy at a later time. Details to follow
