He was born on June 27, 1951 to the late Wilbur and Lucille Routt Crutchfield.

He is lovingly remembered by his daughter Apryl (Steve) Jutz,

His grandchildren, Stazia (Joe) Yates,

Trinity Hume, Alijah Hume, Brayden Tingle, Corey Harmes, Trevor Jutz. His great grandchildren Lila, Bowman, and Joseph Yates. Also his brother Barry Crutchfield and a sister Anna Hubbard.

In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by his brothers Russell Crutchfield & Mark Crutchfield, a sister Ginny Montgomery also by his beloved life partner Susan Henry.
