  Mattie Louise Wilson served for many decades as the organist for the Senior Choir at Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church of Detroit. MI, where my husband the late Reverend Dr. Clarence L. Crews served as pastor for 43 years. Occasionally, when Sister Wilson was asked to add a musical selection to a Hopewell worship service, she enthusiastically played the piano and sang one of her favorite gospels, "This Little Light of Mine, I'm Gonna Let It Shine". I will always remember this dignified lady as a faithful, dedicated, reliable servant of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. May Mattie Louise Wilson at long last Rest in Peace.
