Leonard Joseph Kierszkowski of Redford, MI unexpectedly passed away on October 25th, 2024 surrounded by his family.

Leonard was born on August 22nd, 1962 in Detroit MI to the late Leonard Kierszkowski Sr. and Marilyn Gurtowski. Leonard is survived by his beloved wife Jennifer Kierszkowski, children Eric (Amber) Kierszkowski, Emily (Tanner Doumont) Kierszkowski, Nate (Kelly) German, and Grandchildren Bonnie and Jack German.

Leonard “Lenny/Len” was known for his jokes and sense of humor. He loved pulling practical jokes on his friends, family and coworkers. Leonard also loved his animals. His home was always filled with dogs, cats, birds, fish, lizards, turtles, and even a tarantula. He was an avid fan of 70’s/80’s rock and could be seen wearing cutoff band tees on a weekly basis. Over anything, he loved his family and friends deeply

In his last selfless act on earth, Len gave the gift of life through organ and tissue donation. His organs have restored life’s promise for many families.
