Obituary For Kenneth M. Piergentili

March 4, 1955-December 22, 2023

Kenneth M. Piergentili, 68 passed away Friday, December 22, 2023. He was born to Luigi and Mary Ann Piergentili. He enjoyed hunting with his Dad, especially at the family property at Camp 8 in Lewiston, MI, in addition to fishing, golfing, watching football, he was a big fan of the Detroit Lions and the University of Michigan, and spending time with family.

He graduated from Sand Creek High School in 1973. He recently attended his 50th class reunion and enjoyed reuniting with his classmates.

After high school he went on to plumbing school in Detroit and had a career in Plumbing and Heating and Cooling. He moved to Florida in 1983 where he lived until he returned to Michigan in 2021. While living in Florida he enjoyed many weekends golfing and boating.

Ken is survived by his loving wife of 17 years Rosemary Piergentili, his sister Carol Mettler;his daughters; Jennifer (Justin) Wilson of Lakeland, FL; Dana (Breandan) Kelly of Ft. Myers, FL; and his loving step daughters Tara Becker, (William), Leah Daly, (Castellucci), Devon Daly and his six grandchildren Jude 16, Parker 14, Chase 14, Norah 11, Sean 10, and Avery 8; Special Aunt Marg Howe and MaryEllen , Uncles Deno Piergentili, Tony Leonard and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents Luigi and Mary Ann, his brother-in-law Michael Mettler, his aunt Bernadette Leonard, his uncle Francis Howe, and his uncle Jerry Wayne Cleveland.

Ken and his girl Abbi will be missed and loved forever.

    I miss your phone calls everyday bro. You were the best brother, my biggest protector and no one loved me more. My heart is broken. I'm so grateful you are no longer in pain. I know you will be watching over your beautiful daughters and grandchildren along with our other Heavenly angels. "It will be ok, love you Sis", the last words you said to me. One day it will, but it is so hard. Rest in peace Ken, your Sis.
