Farmer,

Keith Artes, aged 69 passed away on Saturday, July 5, 2025 at Detroit, Michigan. Mr. Farmer was born Wednesday, August 3, 1955 at Detroit, Michigan to the Late Charles H. Farmer, Jr. and Nira (Chrensaw) Farmer. Predeceased by his brother, Kevin S. Farmer.

Mr. Farmer leaves his sister Karen M. & brother Brian E. Farmer, a special friend Camilla Taylor and a nephew Brian E. Farmer, Jr. as well as cousins, aunts, uncles and friends. Keith is a life-long resident of Detroit, graduating from Cooley High School. Mr. Farmer was employed by The City of Detroit where he enjoyed his work in the forestry division as well as a position at The Detroit Zoo. Mr. Farmer, unfortunately was forced to retire early due to medical reasons. He was known to enjoy a “simple life style.”
