She was always willing to teach anyone who was willing to learn how to paint, bead, throw pots or any other type of craft.

Surviving are her “Main Man”, Edd Laska; children, Amy Brent, Kelly (Frank) Kuca, Erin Knight, and Lisa Knight; siblings Sylvia (Chris) Ceresa, Tom (Chris) Shively, Robert (Deborah) Shively; grandchildren Philicia Thomas, Allison (Chad) Bartholomew, Jayden Thomas and Falynn Brent; great-grandchildren Savannah and Kaiden; and many nieces and nephews.

Kathy and I both returned to Redford to take care of our parents. I had so much fun renewing our friendship. I enjoyed going out to lunch with her. I loved going to her condo and looking at her beautiful creations. She was so talented and fun to be around.

So sad to loose someone whom I have known all of my life. Our parents were best friends. I am broken hearted but know that she has much catching up to do with her parents and Tim.
