Joyce Howard was born in Salivina, Georgia to the parents of Edward Howard Jr. and Alberta Roberts. She moved to Detroit, Michigan where she was a resident for 52 years. She leaves to cherish her memory 4 loving daughters, Lakisha Howard, Renata Turner, Patrice Baker, and Joyce Howard. She She also leaves behind 2 step-sons Darryl Travis and Kenneth Woodget. She was the loving grandmother of 16 grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
