Joan was born in Luzerne Michigan and lived out the rest of her life in Detroit. She leaves behind 4 loving children; Frank, Michael, Sue, and Scott, and her siblings Santo, Liz, and Linda. Both her parents Pete and Rose proceed her in death. Memorial services to be held privately.
