Jimmie Lee Simpson was born June 26,1953 in Selma Alabama.He married Mary Ann Jones and moved to Detroit, Michigan and started a family. He worked for the U.S.postal service for many years. He transitioned this life May 3, 2025 at Cromwell hospital Farmington Hills Michigan.He was preceded in death by his (son) Jermaine, (mother) Ola, (father)Henry (brother) Jesse. He leaves to mourn his (wife )Mary,( daughter) Monique, (Grandsons) Martez, Marquise, Elijah (sisters) Ola ,Bama Mae ,Berniece,Felicia,Zelma,Ann.( brothers) Earl,Willie,William,James,Levi,Tommy,John. A very special friend through it all Joe McKay. A host of nieces nephews and cousins.
