Jeremy Michael Gallentine was born on June 5, 1987 to Kevin Michael Gallentine and Kathy Annette (Young) Gallentine. He leaves behind his legacy with his children; Kayne Jeremy Gallentine, Abigail Rose Gallentine and Karlie Lyn Gallentine. Jeremy is survived by his brother, Justin Alan Gallentine and his sister Jennifer Fujimori.

Jeremy was an avid outdoorsman and loved to work on cars. A devoted and loving father of three wonderful children (Kayne Jeremy, Abigail Rose and Karlie Lyn). Jeremy could walk into a room and light it up with his charms. Jeremy had so many friends he loved and cherished, as they did him. Jeremy found the good in everything and everyone, from the lost possum, dog or cat to the homeless on the street. A beloved father, son and brother who is loved by many and will be missed by all. Jeremy was an amazing man.
