Beloved Brother of Kenneth & Kathy. Dearest uncle of Traci Willis and great uncle to Traci's children. Loved son of the Joan (nee Anderson) & the late Bobby Hall.
Jeff was a kind, loving & gentle soul with a giving and generous nature. He was always there for countless many. He is well loved and will be sorely missed to those close to him.
