Born the eldest son of Clarence and Amy Parker on July 28, 1948 in Lake Providence, Louisiana. He attended Detroit Public schools and earned his Associate’s degree from Detroit College of business.

Also while working full-time at Chrysler and the Oakland County road commission he ran his own snow plowing company.

Frank was a devoted father and loving grandfather. He was the protector and provider for his family.

Until early 2020 he owned and continued to operate his landscaping company even into his retirement serving the greater metro Detroit area for more than 30 years.
