Elnor Alice Gillispie was born on November 16, 1929, in Whitetop Mountain, Virginia and passed away on April 17, 2022, in Livonia Michigan.

She was the devoted mother of Cindy (Rod) Ruth, Johnny Gillispie, Vickie (Timothy) Albright, and Edward Gillispie.

Dear sister to Nana Williams, Bobby Joe (Jane) Blevins, Paul Luther (Mary) Blevins, and Danny (Brenda) Blevins.

Beloved sister-in-law to Ruth (Kenneth) Valentine, Gloria (Robert) Payne, Tootsie Gillispie, and Sharon Louise Polk.

Alice loved the Lord and we know she is in her heavenly home with him and those that predeceased her in death: Her husband of 61 years, Malcolm Gillispie; daughter Dianna Schultz, daughter-in-law Kathleen Gillispie, grandson David Schultz Jr., parents, Luther (Eud) Blevins and Lizzie Blevins; sisters, Lois (Wayne) Sexton, Lily Mae Williams; sisters-in-law, Margaret Jean (Leonard) Cline, Alma (Tony) Zeboskey; and brothers-in-law, Thomas Gillispie, Robert Junior Gillispie, and Bea Williams.

Our beloved mother was the very best mother we could have ever wished for. She was dearly loved by her family and all who knew her.
