On Monday night of December 2nd, 2024, Elizabeth Mary Ellison of Redford, Michigan, beloved sister and mother passed away peacefully in the company of family at the age of 63. Elizabeth “Liz” survived her eldest sister, Felicia Raye Ellison, by mere days, who passed away in late November 2024. She leaves behind two more loving sisters, Tammy Lynn Ellison, and Regina Renee Ellison, and a much loved son, Quentin Ryan Harris. Elizabeth was born to the now late Dorothy Jean and Raymond Clyde Ellison in Monroe, Michigan on December 9th, 1960. She graduated from Monroe High School in July of 1979; after which she served in and was honorably discharged from the United States Air Force between August of 1979 and December of 1992. In 2002 she graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree. Elizabeth will be remembered for her deeply held values of education and honesty, her love of horses, love for her son, and her beloved sisters.
