She is survived by her Husband Wilson Clark, their three daughters; Jesslyn, Brianna and Annlee, her sisters; Danielle and Nichole, her three brothers; Danny, Aaron and Edward, her niece Lillyanna, her Father Joe Smykla and Grandmother Lorraine Smykla.
