In loving memory of our precious loved one whose memory lives on in our hearts.

Curtis Caddell, passed away Tuesday, April 8, 2025 at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. He relocated from Laurel, Mississippi to Detroit, Michigan in December of 2024.

He was born on May 17th, 1933 in Greensboro, Alabama to Suzie Walker and Jude Tubbs. His mother was later married to Wake Caddell who adopted Curtis as his own. Curtis attended school in the Hale County school district, in Greensboro, Alabama and he later moved to Laurel, Mississippi with his aunt and uncle looking for work. He worked for Masonite Corporation, he later retired in the mid 1970's. He was married to Elener Heidelberg who proceeded him in death.

He leaves to cherish, two sisters, three daughters, one son, two son-in-laws, ten grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

We as a family want to express our love and most sincere thanks to his special cousins and son-in-law- who were at his bedside every day. Also, we thank his doctors, his caregivers and all those who expressed love and kindness at his time of need.
