Cleodis was born to Clarence and Amy Parker on September 20, 1954, in Lake Providence, Louisiana. He attended and graduated from Northwestern High School.
Cleodis worked at the Detroit Warren Stamping and Toledo Chrysler automotive plants, as a Facilities engineer. During his tenure in Facilities Management, he was a UAW union representative and a member in good standing.
Cleodis took up landscaping as a hobby and a passion. He took great pride in manicuring his lawns, shrubs, and property grounds. He was an avid sports fan and especially loved watching basketball. Cleodis was a family man and enjoyed watching movies with his family. Spending time with his family always brought Cleodis peace.
Preceded in Cleodis’s death were his mother and father, Amy and Clarence Parker Sr., his brother Robert Johnson, Alvin Jones, Frank, and Leodis Parker. Cleodis is survived by his wife of 41 years, Sharon Parker, and sons Brandon, Andrew, and LaBrahn. His siblings Emanuel, Maudine, Otto, Daisy, Freddie, and Clarence Jr. He also leaves behind to cherish his memory, his loving niece Katie Draw and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins, all of whom he loved very much!
