Akil Lamar Jones-Bowie, 28, born on August 5, 1995 to Ruth Jones and Arron Bowie. Passed away on November 7, 2023 leaving many with a broken heart.
Akil love his momma so much he wanted to give her the world. He met his loving wife Margie in November of 2018. He traveled and enjoyed his time in texas in the summer of 2021. He married Margie Moreno on August 21, 2021.

Akil gave his all and all his love to everyone one he met. There is no other words to describe his as God Fearing, compassionate, loving, caring. Akil loved video games, to travel, to spend quite nights at home hugged to his wife. He couldn’t go to bed angry.
Akil is survive BY HIS WIFE Margie Moreno, His Daughter Katrina Jerrell, his mother Ruth Jones step father Fredrick Pryor Sr, father Aaron Bowie, Brothers Akeelo Jones, and Frederick Pryor Jr, His sister Leona (Lil Momma) Jones, his paternal grandmother Asantewaa Holmes many uncles, and aunts and cousins.
At this time the family is trying to adjust living life without Akil. Memorial service will be at a later date.
The family would like give a special thank you to April Jones and many other who donated to make this possible.
